Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry we record the details you provide: company name, business email, country, products of interest, and any optional information such as contact name, city, quantity, unit, packaging preference, destination port, application, WhatsApp number and message. We also record the page the inquiry came from, the language you were viewing and any campaign parameters present in the link.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry: to prepare a quotation, to arrange sample or document requests, to coordinate export documentation and to follow up on your request.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are retained in our business records for as long as needed to handle the commercial relationship and to meet legal, tax and export record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your record at any time by writing to the email address on the contact page.

Who can see it

Your inquiry is accessible to DECHEM sales and administration staff who need it to handle your request. We do not sell inquiry data to third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies. If web analytics is enabled for this site, it is used to understand aggregate page usage; it is configured to respect the choice recorded in the privacy notice.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted, and you may object to its use for direct marketing. Write to the email address on the contact page and we will respond.

Security

Inquiry data is stored on a server-side database. Access to the management interface requires an individual administrator account, and submitted values are validated on the server before being written.
